Wie denkt aan ondernemen, mag niet enkel afgerekend worden op een handvol mainstream termen zoals innovativiteit en schaalbaarheid. Ondernemers moeten net de juiste bepalende factoren in handen krijgen waarmee zij het geschikte bouwmodel kunnen opzetten voor hun onderneming om zo tot een duurzaam business plan te komen.

Deze test is gebaseerd op 5 criteria - type product/dienst, type markt, marktmaturiteit, ambitie en expertise - waaruit vijf mogelijke bouwmodellen worden gedefinieerd. Via die vijf criteria ontdek je welk van de modellen jij het beste toepast om succesvol te zijn en verkrijg je de nodige inzichten om je business plan te bouwen. Zo werk je volgens een model dat rekening houdt met wie jij, jouw teamleden en/of medeoprichters zijn.

De test is ontwikkeld op basis van meer dan 5000 gesprekken met ondernemers en werd wetenschappelijk onderbouwd door het Expertisecentrum Business Management van VIVES Hogeschool, onderdeel van de Associatie KU Leuven.

Anyone who thinks about entrepreneurship cannot be judged solely on a handful of mainstream terms such as innovation and scalability. Entrepreneurs need to be given just the right determining factors with which they can set up the appropriate building model for their company in order to arrive at a sustainable business plan.

This test is based on 5 criteria - type of product or service, type of market, market maturity, ambition and expertise - from which five possible building models are defined. Via these five criteria you discover which of the models you use best to be successful and you gain the necessary insights to build your business plan. This way you work according to a model that takes into account who you, your team members and / or co-founders are.

The test was developed on the basis of more than 5000 conversations with entrepreneurs and was scientifically substantiated by the Expertise Center Business Management of VIVES Hogeschool, part of the KU Leuven Association.
